The building was constructed by combining of new annex building to an existing reinforced concrete shell. The building’s upper arcade contains restaurants, cafés and a multicinema complex. The commercial center offers approximately 90 boutiques and 6 cinemas, 726 parking spaces in underground garages and 142 outdoor parking spaces.
