The commercial centre and its associated parts contain 95 shops, several cinemas, restaurants and a shopping esplanade in Charlemagne Street. The centre’s underground parking garage offers 1,668 parking spaces for its visitors. The commercial centre’s construction was part of a large renovation project in the town of Louvain-la-Neuve.
